After you reach out and share your interest in a meal plan, I will send you an assessment form to learn more about your nutrition goals and food preferences.
I will then provide a weekly or monthly meal plan with delicious recipes and a complete grocery list to make shopping easy.
Schedule follow up sessions to check in and see if additional ideas or adjustments are needed.
